Title Asset Management Analyst/Project Manager
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Tualatin, OR
Work Schedule: Hybrid 2 days (Mon and Friday remote) 3
days (Tues, Wed and Thurs in office)

- What would “a day in the
life” of this role look like? Project management, deal monitoring,
understanding of contracts language and how it translate to the deal flow,
facilitating and leading project meetings to its completion. Development
and creation of processes and process flow.
- What interaction level with
this role have the team members and hiring manager? Minimal oversight, but
high interaction with the team and other key partners.
- What would you say is the top
priority for the worker over the first few weeks/months? Understanding the
systems, deal modeling, contracts and supporting with organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Specialization: Typically specializes in
project management or research and analysis but may perform work in both
areas
- Planning
and Strategy: Provides
data and analytics to support overall company strategy development. Makes
strategy recommendations about adapting the strategy in response to
changes in the business environment. Contributes to enterprise-wide
metrics, ensuring they align to strategic objectives. Prioritizes
resource-strategy projects, reconciling time, scope and budget.
- Research
and Analysis: In
collaboration with business, regional and industry contacts, gathers data
and analyzes information to support resource strategy development. Uses
scenarios, models and simulations to support strategy and integration.
Examines data and information, develops hypotheses and makes
recommendations. Develops reports.
- Project
Management: Manages
moderately complex projects in support of PGE’s overall resource strategy.
Defines scope of work and reconciles to budget. Defines deliverables and
acceptance criteria. Develops and implements project plan. Collaborates
with stakeholders and assigns work tasks. Monitors progress and ensures
deliverables meet acceptance criteria. Adapts plan in response to changing
environment. Identifies risks and recommends mitigation steps.

and Compliance: Ensures
processes and deliverables meet regulatory requirements and guidelines.
- Process
Management: Contributes
to process improvements to better capture and reconcile tradeoffs between
different supply, demand, energy and capacity resourcing options.
Documents and updates written processes.
