We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Finance Consultant / Solution Architect with strong expertise in Finance modules and global template deployment projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementation and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations / AX 2012 R3 with deep knowledge of finance processes, accounting standards, costing, consolidation, and integrations with SCM modules.

    • Multi-geography environments
  • Bank Reconciliation

  • International Countries GAAP
  • Localization requirements
  • Minority Interest & Consolidation processes
• Experience in configuration of finance profiles and their impact on General Ledger

Roles & Responsibilities

• Participate in development and deployment of Global Template projects
• Analyze finance business processes and map them to Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O / AX 2012 capabilities
• Configure finance modules and related workflows
• Conduct customer demos and handle complex business discussions
• Prepare business and functional documentation:
  • BRD
  • FRD
  • FDD
  • Fit-Gap Documents
  • Test Scenarios & Test Cases
• Perform process testing and customization validation
• Collaborate with technical teams for solution delivery
• Manage communication with business stakeholders and clients
• Lead and mentor teams of Functional Finance and SCM Consultants
• Support deployment, UAT, go-live, and post-production activities

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Strong functional consulting background in Dynamics 365 Finance
• Experience in global rollouts and multi-country implementations
• Ability to interact with CXO-level stakeholders and business users
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• Experience in manufacturing or process industry domain preferred
