We are hiring an experienced, high-impact SVP of Sales to partner directly with our CEO and build and lead a best-in-class software sales organization. The ideal candidate has deep roots in SaaS sales, ideally in the HR software space, and is ready to help take us to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing SaaS sales team
  • Develop and execute a scalable Go-To-Market strategy targeting mid-market and enterprise clients
  • Drive sales of our Salesforce-native HR suite by targeting users of platforms like UKG, BambooHR, ADP, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and PeopleSoft
  • Develop strategic partnerships with Salesforce consulting firms and ecosystem partners
  • Identify new growth channels and verticals, own pipeline and revenue targets
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO, board, and investors to deliver on company-wide KPIs

Qualifications:

  • 10–15 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales leadership, preferably in HR tech, Salesforce ecosystem, or adjacent markets
  • Proven success selling to or competing against platforms like UKG, BambooHR, PeopleSoft, Workday, or ADP
  • Track record of building and scaling teams, hitting aggressive revenue targets, and closing mid-to-enterprise deals
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on mentality and strong business acumen
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
