- Hit the ground running: Jump into Bizly's existing pipeline of qualified partnership opportunities while building new strategic relationships
- Build your AI army: Recruit and manage AI agents and specialist contractors to deliver best-in-class execution at scale
- Scale partnership revenue: Drive commission revenue from partnerships with major travel platforms and enterprise partners
- Deploy multi-channel warfare: Use your AI team to handle lead qualification, customize messaging, build landing pages, email campaigns, incentive programs, event participation, social media, and whatever channels drive results
- Close strategic deals: Build and manage high-value partnerships that generate significant recurring revenue
- Build the system: Help architect our AI-powered partnership acquisition and management system
- Move fast, measure everything: Daily optimization across all channels - what worked? What didn't? What's next?
- Win as a team: Share successful tactics and help scale what works
- Have 2-4 years crushing partnership or B2B sales quotas (startup experience preferred)
- Are genuinely excited about building and managing AI teams and contractor networks
- Love strategic relationship building combined with systematic, scalable execution
- Comfortable orchestrating multiple channels and campaigns simultaneously
- Want to build something big by building the systems that create exponential results
- Base: $70-90K
- Commission: Performance-based bonuses tied to partnership revenue generated with unlimited upside potential (uncapped)
- OTE: $160K-$280K year one (partnerships generate significant ongoing revenue)
- Equity: Attractive options package
