You're the builder, making sure data flows cleanly and reliably. Most of the work will center on data engineering and migration of legacy systems to modern platforms.

•       Design and build pipelines to ingest, transform, and load data

•       Set up data lakes and warehouses for scalable access

•       Ensure systems are secure, reliable, and cost-effective

•       Collaborate with analysts, ML engineers, and platform teams

Tools & Tech Stack

•       Languages & Frameworks: Python, Spark, Airflow

•       Data Platforms: Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Neo4J (experience across multiple platforms, not just one)

•       Transformation & Ingestion: dbt, Fivetran, Terraform

•       Cloud: Azure, GCP, AWS

What We're Looking For

We're open to people at different experience levels and career stages. We're on the hunt for people who love solving problems, thinking critically, and staying curious. The right person for this role brings a mix of technical depth and consulting instincts:

•       4 Years in data engineering role

•       Bachelors, B.S. in technical field

•       Strong data engineering fundamentals: pipeline design, data modeling, and platform migration

•       Hands-on experience with at least two of the platforms listed above

•       Experience with data architecture design is preferred

•       Consultative and facilitation skills: you can sit with a client, understand what they need, translate that into a technical approach, and lead working sessions to gather requirements and align stakeholders

•       Ability to balance working independently and being a great teammate in a fast-moving consulting environment

•       Curiosity and a genuine interest in learning new tools, patterns, and approaches

These aren't requirements, but if any of these describe you, we'd love to hear about it:

•       Experience with data architecture design and data governance

•       Certifications in any of the key platforms (e.g., SnowPro, dbt, GCP Professional Data Engineer, Databricks)

•       Exposure to ML pipelines, MLOps, or AI-adjacent data engineering
