DAI BPA Program Manager – Secret –
Washington, D.C. (Remote)
BizFirst is assisting our client with recruiting a highly
skilled and experienced DAI BPA Program Manager in Washington, D.C. (Remote).
The person in this position will provide overall leadership and guidance personnel
assigned to orders on the BPA, including assigning tasks to contractor
personnel, supervising ongoing technical efforts, and managing overall
performance.The DAI PM will play a crucial role in organizing,
directing, and supervising business operations, processes, and technical
considerations for the Government. The ideal candidate will have a strong
background in supporting and managing large, complex program management,
specifically within the DoD and utilizing DAI and Oracle Federal Financials.
Responsibilities:
- Accountable for maintaining high standards of quality and
operational efficiency throughout the BPA
- Address both technical and business process considerations
- Allocate resources within the organization and make decisions to
address Government inquiries, concerns, and feedback
- Proactively identify and communicate potential contractual,
programmatic, or resource-related challenges to the Government
- Schedule personnel rotations to maintain appropriate staffing
levels.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to the
team members.
- Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and key
performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements:
- US Citizen, Secret Clearance.
- Possess a PMP certification.
- Possess a Certified Defense
Financial Management (CDFM) certification.
- Minimum of five (5) years program
management experience supporting and managing large, complex DoD
ERP/accounting systems utilizing DAI and Oracle Federal Financials.
- Excellent leadership and
managerial skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team
effectively.
- Exceptional problem-solving and
analytical abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written
communication skills.
