We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support daily shipping, transportation, and order flow operations. This role is responsible for coordinating shipments, managing carrier communication, tracking deliveries, and ensuring accurate order processing within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is organized, systems-savvy, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
Your tasks
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments (LTL, FTL, parcel)
- Schedule pickups, communicate with carriers, and manage routing
- Track shipments and proactively resolve delays or delivery issues
- Support order management, including shipment documentation and invoicing
- Maintain accurate records in ERP/TMS systems (e.g., SAP)
- Collaborate with warehouse, customer service, and internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment
- Monitor inventory movement and assist with inventory-related inquiries
- Analyze shipping data and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and shipping regulations
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, shipping, or supply chain coordination
- Experience handling freight shipments (LTL/FTL, carriers, dispatch, tracking)
- Familiarity with ERP/TMS systems (SAP preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume environment
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve shipment or order issues
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- High School Diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
