Customer Relationship Manager

Position Summary: The Account Relationship Manager will ensure clear communication with existing Managed Service clients to maximize customer satisfaction and retention. They will also supplement the sales team by accurately tracking client hardware, creating quotes and documents to forecast client spend. This is an in-office position with occasional work from home as needed. Salary pay opportunities for bonuses

Essential Job Functions

Ø Prepare quarterly business reviews

Ø Deliver monthly patching and anti-virus reports

Ø Prepare and deliver yearly Managed Services Agreement renewals

Ø General check-ins and follow ups with existing clients on an as needed basis

Ø Gather basic business-related information from new clients

Ø Schedule and coordinate client handoff from sales department to service department during onboarding

Ø Prepare quotes from day-to-day IT related equipment purchases for existing clients using Quosal quoting software

Ø Attend marketing and other networking functions

Ø Work with Engineers to accurately document client equipment to be tracked for renewals at onboarding using Autotask PSA

Ø Monitor and track renewals for existing hardware and software in client environments

Ø Work with vendors to spec hardware and software solutions for clients and prospects

Ø Assist in maintaining documentation in customer facing portal

Ø All other duties as assigned

Ø Ability to translate complex technical designs or technologies into laymen’s terms

Ø Ability to identify gaps or weaknesses in customer IT infrastructure and to inform customers of proper solutions that live within the Bizco product stack

Qualifications

Ø 3 or more years of sales or customer service experience.

Ø Bachelor’s degree

Ø Knowledge of relationship management practices.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
