About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned, high-autonomy Senior Attorney with at least 5 years of experience to join our legal team. This role is designed for someone who thrives in the post-judgment phase and possesses the sharp creditor’s rights mindset necessary to secure results.
The ideal candidate isn't just a legal expert; they are a strategist who can take the ball and run with it, managing complex portfolios with minimal oversight while maintaining a sharp presence in the courtroom.
Core Responsibilities
- Post-Judgment Execution: Lead the strategy for post-judgment recovery, including garnishments, levies, and asset seizures.
- Courtroom & Mediation Advocacy: represent court proceedings and mediation sessions. You must be highly articulate and persuasive under pressure.
- Portfolio Management: Review and analyze investor sheets and complex spreadsheets from outside counsel to track case status and financial recovery targets.
- Case Management: Oversee a high volume of cases from inception through satisfaction of judgment, ensuring no deadlines are missed and every file is moved forward.
- Strategic Analysis: Identify the most viable paths for recovery by auditing financial data and evaluating the cost-benefit of various legal actions.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of practicing law, with a preferred focus on Creditor’s Rights and Post-Judgment litigation.
- Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar membership in good standing.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced ability to navigate and interpret spreadsheets; you should be comfortable using data to drive legal decisions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You must be able to explain complex legal statuses to stakeholders clearly.

- Highly Organized: Ability to manage competing priorities without breaking a sweat.
- Proactive: A take-charge attitude—we need someone who anticipates needs rather than waiting for instructions.
Salary : $175,000 - $185,000
