Key Responsibilities
• Represent creditors in federal bankruptcy court proceedings
• Draft and argue motions for relief from the automatic stay
• Prepare and defend secured creditor proofs of claim

• Draft pleadings to protect creditor rights and interests
• Maintain accurate case updates and manage internal systems

Qualifications
• 8 years of experience as a Bankruptcy Attorney or in related litigation fields
• Strong background in creditors’ rights and bankruptcy litigation
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active New York Bar admission (NY Bar required)
• Knowledge of TILA, RESPA, and FDCPA preferred
• Appellate practice experience is a plus
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage high-volume caseloads efficiently
