Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and implementation of events from start to finish.
- Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, and transportation.
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary services and materials.
- Help create event timelines and ensure all deadlines are met.
- Provide on-site support during events to ensure all aspects run smoothly.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of event spaces and equipment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in event planning or coordination, even if on a volunteer basis.
