Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating communication and outreach initiatives across departments
- Support the preparation of presentations, proposals, and written correspondence
- Maintain company and client documentation, ensuring accuracy and organization
- Coordinate meetings, events, and communication schedules
- Handle incoming inquiries and provide clear, professional responses
- Assist in preparing internal reports and communication materials
- Provide administrative and project support as needed
Minimum requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
