- Maintain call quality standards and follow established scripts and guidelines.
Minimum requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
- Previous call center or customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems.
