We are seeking a reliable and organized Assistant Project Coordinator to join our team in Houston, TX. This entry-level position supports the planning, tracking, and execution of various client and internal projects. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Location: On-site position in Houston, TX.
Pay Range: $18.50 - $27.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Assist project managers with planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities
- Organize project documents, reports, and internal communication
- Track deadlines, deliverables, and task progress
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting notes
- Help manage project timelines and ensure tasks are completed on schedule
- Communicate with internal teams to gather information and follow up
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
