About This Position:
We are looking for a Data Conversion Specialist to join our dynamic team. Our ideal candidate is curious, always looking for new ways to solve problems, and has familiarity and comfort with data integration and relational databases. In addition, you are collaborative and can make a well-rounded contribution to the team. This position is a Hybrid role out of our Lexington, KY office.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform data conversion tasks for our business partners, from one platform to another
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, addressing technical issues related to our products
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems, at times guiding customers through solutions
- Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the support tooling
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or other departments when necessary
- Assist in creating and updating support documentation and FAQs
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent, demonstrated work experience in a related field
- Familiarity with SaaS and basic understanding of data integration
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, etc.)
- Basic understanding of REST APIs
- Familiarity with cloud-hosted technologies (Azure preferred)
