Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their food orders using Toast POS system
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring quick turnaround times to keep service flowing smoothly.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to support food preparation and presentation.
- Manage cash register operations, process sales transactions, and handle cash with precision.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales revenue through friendly suggestions.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the workspace, including food handling areas and dining spaces.
- Support food safety management practices by following sanitation protocols and proper food handling procedures.
- All other duties as asssigned
Requirements
- Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with Toast POS system is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately.
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Experience in food preparation, food safety, or culinary roles is advantageous.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks during busy periods.
