Bitter Root Brewing is a local brewery and restaurant serving the Valley since 1998. We have a fully renovated and remodeled kitchen that we are very proud of and is a great space to work in. We’re looking for someone who works hard, shows up, and cares about being part of a great team.
This position is a morning position with a 5am start time.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Prepping ingredients and supporting the kitchen team
- Following recipes and prep standards for consistency and quality
- Keeping your station clean, organized, and stocked
- Working alongside a team that moves fast and has each other’s backs
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years previous prep experience required
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to work
- A positive team player who thrives in a kitchen

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
