Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Residential Cleaners located in Abilene and Sweetwater TX. Cleaners starting pay is $15/hr with the opportunity to earn up to $22/hr within your first year based on performance and reliability. The Residential Cleaners will be responsible for carrying out a range of cleaning tasks to ensure that homes meet our high standards of cleanliness and orderliness. Daily responsibilities include vacuuming, dusting, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, and other related tasks. Cleaners will also be expected to manage cleaning supplies, and provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Experience with residential cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Knowledge of cleaning products and safe handling procedures
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Valid drivers lisence and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required
- Physical stamina to carry out cleaning tasks efficiently
