Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician/Painter with strong all around carpentry, painting, and general property maintenance skills to join our team at Creek 27 in San Angelo, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the best curb appeal, functionality and safety of our facilities. This role requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Work will primarily be outdoors.

Duties
- Perform residential painting projects, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
- Fabricate parts as needed for repairs or enhancements using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Perform powerwashing and other curb appeal improvement tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and inventory of supplies.
- Performance of make readies and completion of service requests occasionally.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management.
Experience
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- Strong "handyman" expertise.
- Proficiency in English for effective communication within the team and with management.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
