This is a full-time Senior Project Manager role based in Philadelphia, PA, with a hybrid work model that allows some work-from-home flexibility. The Senior Project Manager will oversee all aspects of project management, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring project compliance with safety and quality standards. Responsibilities will also include managing project teams, coordinating logistics, conducting site inspections, communicating with clients and stakeholders, and resolving project-related issues. The role requires leadership in driving successful project delivery on time and within budget, while fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Proven expertise in Project Management with a strong ability to oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Experience with Expediting and knowledge of Expeditor roles to manage timely procurement and delivery of project resources.
- Familiarity with Inspection processes and quality assurance measures to ensure adherence to safety and project standards.
- Logistics Management skills to coordinate schedules, resources, and team efforts across multiple projects effectively.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and leadership abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
- Experience in the construction industry, preferably within renovation, restoration, or large-scale commercial projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
