Key Objectives:
- Maintain open lines of communication with Engagement Managers (Directors) and team members across various departments to ensure alignment and prompt resolution of critical issues.
- Lead initiatives within client engagements to enhance, streamline, or completely overhaul business processes for better efficiency, accuracy, and performance, ensuring adoption of industry-leading practices.
- Develop high-quality, robust, and scalable software solutions by adhering to best practices like refactoring, continuous integration, secure coding, Test Driven Development, automated testing, and code reviews.
- Architect and engineer crucial system components in technologies including but not limited to Java, JavaScript, Angular, React, HTML, Spring, Node.js, MySQL, MongoDB, GitHub, Docker, and IAM.
- Proactively engage in client project streams to improve processes and address quality deficits, ultimately influencing positive operational outcomes.
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Comp Engineering, or a related field, or have valuable hands-on experience.
- Demonstrate at least five years of professional experience as a Java Full Stack Developer, consistently delivering maintainable and error-free code.
- Have a minimum of five years of expertise in frontend technologies such as React, JavaScript, Angular, and HTML.
- Show at least five years of experience working with Java backend frameworks and environments like Spring and Node.js.
- Bring a solid five-year background in database management and DevOps tools and concepts, including MySQL, MongoDB, GitHub, Docker, and familiarity with IAM practices.
