We are looking for an experienced Product Delivery Manager (Team Lead) to spearhead the delivery of complex, high-impact Corporate Finance and FP&A solutions—with a core focus on OneStream. In this leadership role, you will act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor ("Chief of Staff") to product leadership, driving multi-team agile execution, aligning stakeholders, and bridging the gap between business strategy and engineering reality.
While your primary focus is delivery management and team leadership, you possess the technical fluency to read code, review design documents, and understand complex architectural artifacts across modern tech stacks and financial systems.
< data-path-to-node="7">What You’ll DoDelivery Accountability: Own end-to-end product engineering milestones, delivery metrics, risk management, and executive status reporting for multiple cross-functional teams.
Agile & Backlog Execution: Drive prioritization, planning, and feature intake from ideation to backlog refinement across two or more agile squads, actively managing dependencies.
Technical & Financial Governance: Oversee project financials, budget tracking, and operational standards while ensuring engineering best practices in SDLC, DevOps, SRE, and QA.
Team Leadership & Mentoring: Manage, mentor, and upskill technical leads and engineers, establishing clear onboarding frameworks and fostering continuous improvement.
Strategic Stakeholder Management: Build strong partnerships across Business, Product, QA, UX, PMO, and Enterprise Architecture to protect team focus and enable clear executive decisions.
Experience: 5 to 9 years of total experience, including a strong background leading enterprise-scale, complex technical projects and serving in a product management or technical/engineering lead capacity.
Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of Corporate Finance, FP&A operations, and financial systems—specifically hands-on exposure or delivery leadership in OneStream, alongside familiarity with ERPs like Oracle Fusion, PeopleSoft, or Coupa.
Technical Fluency: Working knowledge of modern architectures (Microservices, REST APIs, Java/Spring Boot, React) and Cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
Delivery Methodologies: Proven expertise driving delivery within Agile, Kanban, or SAFe frameworks.
Communication & Presence: Exceptional executive presence, interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence peers, stakeholders, and external partners.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or a related technical field; MBA or graduate degree is a plus.
Project Management or Agile certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM, SAFe Agilist).
Prior experience participating in or driving Agile transformations.
