We are looking for an experienced SAP MM & WM to manage support activities, drive issue resolution, and ensure smooth business operations. You will work closely with users to troubleshoot system issues, enhance processes, and maintain stable performance across MM/WM functionalities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complex incidents and service requests for MM & WM modules.
- Serve as the main support contact for daily user queries and process issues.
- Monitor system performance and address potential risks proactively.
- Recommend and implement improvements in MM/WM configurations and workflows.
- Manage change requests—analysis, testing, and deployment.
- Maintain clear documentation and share knowledge with the team.
- Coordinate with business, IT, and external vendors to ensure timely ticket closure.
- Support integration with SD, PP, FI/CO, and other SAP modules.
- Perform root cause analysis and propose long-term fixes for recurring issues.
