Mandatory & Requested Qualifications
Candidates must meet the Expert level criteria (84 months of experience) and possess the following qualifications:
- Workday Reporting: 84 months of experience working with Workday reporting tools.
- BIRT Reporting: 84 months of experience working with BIRT reporting, including check design and customer invoices.
- Prism Analytics: 84 months of experience working with Workday PRISM Analytics.
- Reporting Tools: 84 months of experience working with Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, and Dashboards.
- Data Models: 84 months of experience working with Workday HCM and Workday Financials data models.
- Data Integration: 84 months of experience working with data integration concepts such as ETL processes and data mapping.
- Certification: 84 months of experience utilizing Workday Reporting and/or PRISM Analytics, with a current Workday certification in either area.
- Integrations: 84 months of experience working with Workday Studio, EIBs, or integrations.
- SQL & Governance: 84 months of experience working with SQL, data warehousing concepts, security configurations, and data governance in Workday.
- Education: Bachelor''s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Report Design: Design, develop, and maintain advanced Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions across HCM and Finance modules.
- BIRT Development: Leverage BIRT (Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools) to build pixel-perfect operational reports and check designs.
- Data Transformation: Utilize Workday PRISM Analytics for data ingestion, transformation, and advanced reporting.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with HCM, Finance, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Technical Configuration: Develop calculated fields, custom reports, matrix reports, and composite reports within Workday.
- Performance & Integrity: Ensure data accuracy and consistency across outputs while optimizing report performance and troubleshooting issues.
- Release Support: Support Workday releases by assessing impact and updating reports as needed.
- Documentation & Training: Provide documentation, training, and ongoing support to end users, including mentoring CIS employees and creating manuals
