Bits & Bows is a growing children's apparel and accessories brand specializing in premium, classic styles for kids. We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Embroidery Machine Operator to join our in-house production team.
Responsibilities
- Operate commercial multi-head embroidery machines to produce high-quality embroidered apparel and accessories.
- Prepare garments, set up embroidery designs, and monitor production.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency.
- Troubleshoot basic machine issues and perform routine maintenance.
- Assist with garment preparation, finishing, and packaging as needed.
- Work with the embroidery team to meet daily production goals and order deadlines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
Qualifications
- Previous commercial embroidery experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing hands-on production tasks.
