Position Overview
This role serves as a key execution function within BitMart’s global coordination framework, which is based in New York.
It ensures seamless 24-hour operational continuity for the company’s executive leadership team.
You will collaborate closely with teams across time zones—especially with the Asia office—to maintain alignment between strategy, decision-making, and execution.

Key Responsibilities
Executive Support & Task Execution
- Provide day-to-day support to the Chairman Office and executive team, including task tracking, meeting preparation, documentation, and follow-up.
- Track key projects and priorities to ensure smooth cross-time-zone transitions.
- Work closely with the Asia team to provide timely updates and ensure continuity of tasks and information.
Global Coordination
- Facilitate effective communication and information flow globally.
- Manage scheduling, task planning, and coordination to ensure operational continuity for leadership.
- Consolidate updates across departments and prepare daily or weekly executive briefs.
Project & Administrative Support
- Assist with internal reports, meeting minutes, and executive presentations.
- Support company-level OKR initiatives and cross-functional projects.
- Provide operational and coordination support for branding, partnerships, and business development.
Process & Efficiency Optimization
- Help design and improve global coordination and handover mechanisms.
- Identify workflow bottlenecks and propose solutions to improve efficiency.
- Contribute to the establishment of standardized operational procedures under team guidance.
Qualifications & Core Competencies
- Master’s degree or above in any field; experience in administrative support, project coordination, or operations is preferred.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience; exceptional recent graduates will also be considered.
- Strong business understanding and learning agility, with the ability to translate goals into actionable plans.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
- Strong sense of ownership and execution capability, with the ability to maintain high performance in dynamic environments.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible, with solid time management and information-handling skills.
- Proactive communicator with strong collaboration skills and the ability to bridge teams across time zones.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with project management or process tracking, with the ability to drive tasks to completion and ensure delivery quality.
- Experience in multinational companies, Web3, or fintech industries is a plus.
