Responsible for ensuring all finished goods and parts are shipped accurately and on time. This role focuses on eliminating shipping errors while maintaining same-day shipping standards and providing support to the refurb team as needed.
Responsibilities
- Review, verify, and pull order requests
- Package finished products for shipping (shrink wrap, boxing, labeling)
- Process shipments using UPS WorldShip, FedEx, USPS, and freight carriers
- Build palletized outbound shipments and complete Bills of Lading (BOLs)
- Record shipment weights and costs
- Stage, load, and unload trucks
- Receive, ship, store, and issue materials and equipment
- Perform inventory cycle counts
- Ensure accuracy of all inbound and outbound shipments
- Identify visible damage to merchandise or equipment
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
- Rotate stock using FIFO principles

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior warehouse or shipping experience preferred
- Experience with shipping software (UPS WorldShip, FedEx)

- Ability to lift and move products safely
- Knowledge of inventory control practices
