BISOU Memoire is a fast-growing European fragrance and skincare company specializing in high-quality, vegan and cruelty-free products made with organic-quality ingredients. We are looking for motivated, outgoing Sales Associates to join our team at our beautifully French-designed kiosk inside Pembroke Pines Mall in Pembroke Pines, FL.

This is a commission-based sales position where you earn 30% commission on all products you sell — with no cap on your earning potential. The more you sell, the more you earn!

Compensation

• 30% commission on all products sold
• Unlimited earning potential
• Average top-performing sales associates can earn $1,200 per week
• No hourly wage — this is a commission-only position

What You'll Do

As a BISOU Memoire Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand and play a key role in creating an exceptional customer experience.

You must be comfortable approaching customers, starting conversations, and confidently introducing them to our products. This includes actively approaching mall shoppers, offering product samples, demonstrating fragrances and skincare, and turning those interactions into sales.

Your responsibilities include:

• Approaching customers walking through the mall and inviting them to experience our products
• Handing out fragrance and skincare samples
• Demonstrating and explaining our products
• Building genuine connections with customers and identifying their needs
• Educating customers on our vegan, cruelty-free and organic-quality ingredients
• Promoting the fact that our fragrances are bottled locally
• Closing sales and achieving personal sales goals
• Maintaining a clean, organized and professional kiosk
• Providing excellent customer service
• Arriving on time, prepared and ready to sell

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is confident, energetic, outgoing and comfortable with direct sales.

• Is confident handing out samples and demonstrating products
• Has a strong desire to earn based on performance
• Is self-motivated and able to work independently
• Has a competitive spirit and strong work ethic
• Enjoys interacting with people
• Is comfortable working in a fast-paced mall environment
• Can confidently ask for the sale
• Is punctual, dependable and professional
• Can work well both independently and as part of a team

Direct sales experience is preferred, including experience in door-to-door sales, retail sales, promotional sales, fundraising, or other customer-facing sales positions. However, sales experience is not required for the right candidate — we will teach you our proven sales method, including our script, tonality, body language and product knowledge.
