Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM

Job Overview
We are hiring an experienced Luxury Retail Sales Associate for a high-end luxury boutique in Jackson Hole, Wyoming.
This is a relationship-driven sales position for someone who understands luxury retail, personalized service, and working with affluent clients. You will help customers select high-end clothing, accessories, leather goods, footwear, and custom pieces while creating an exceptional shopping experience.
We are especially interested in candidates with 3–5 years of luxury retail or high-end sales experience from stores such as Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, Saks Fifth Avenue, Bloomingdale’s, Bergdorf Goodman, or similar luxury brands.
Housing is provided at no cost, so you will not have to pay rent while living in Jackson Hole.
Responsibilities
- Provide highly personalized service to each client
- Build strong relationships with new and returning customers
- Recommend luxury clothing, accessories, footwear, and custom pieces
- Drive sales through product knowledge, relationship building, and excellent service
- Assist with client appointments, special orders, and custom requests
- Maintain a polished, organized, luxury retail environment
- Keep merchandise and displays presented to a high standard
- Maintain knowledge of available products and inventory
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of luxury retail, fashion, or high-end sales experience preferred
- Strong sales and customer relationship skills
- Experience selling higher-priced products is highly preferred
- Professional, polished, confident, and personable
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working with affluent and discerning clientele
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
