Responsibilities
- Prepare espresso drinks, brewed coffee, teas and specialty beverages with consistency and care
- Greet every customer with a friendly, welcoming attitude when they walk in the door.
- Accurately take orders and operate the Point-of-sale system
- Maintain a clean, organized and stoked work environment
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Restock supplies and assist with inventory as needed
- Open and/or close the shop following established procedures
- Work as part of a team to create an outstanding customer experience
Qualifications
- Must be 16 years old
- Positive attitude
- Reliable and punctual
- Handle stress of a high fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds
- Previous barista or customer service experience is a plus but not required- we're happy to train the right person.
