- Up to 80 CPM: 65-70 base CPM depending on experience PLUS 10 CPM instructor premium
- $1,750-$2,000 weekly average based on 2,500 miles/wk
- 2 weeks out, home 2-3 dayswith steady freight to keep you rollin' and earnin'

Job Requirements:
- 3 years of verifiable, accident-free Class A truck driving experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to inspire and motivate new drivers.
- Experience in driver training is preferred but not required"your passion for safety and teaching is what matters most.
- Willingness to share truck space with students for up to five weeks at a time.
- Completion of a two-day ICI certification class
- Maintain acceptable safety, operations, shop, and training performance
- Attend quarterly ICI meetings
- Continuous training via online sources and in-person classroom events
