Title Clerk

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Title Clerk to support our administrative and accounting operations. This role is responsible for processing Wyoming title work, coordinating out-of-state deal titling with our Idaho corporate office, and assisting with daily financial tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, and comfortable handling both title processing and basic accounting responsibilities. Pay range: $18-20 hourly.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and submit Wyoming vehicle titles and registration paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
• Coordinate with the Idaho corporate office to complete out-of-state deal titling
• Ensure compliance with all state and regulatory requirements for title processing
• Track and resolve title discrepancies, missing documentation, or delay
• Prepare and complete daily bank deposits
• Perform weekly cash deposits at the local bank
• Assist with accounts payable (AP) reconciliation and basic accounting support
• Maintain organized and accurate records of all transactions and documents
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external agencies as needed

What you'll bring

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in title processing, dealership administration, or accounting support preferred
• Familiarity with Wyoming title procedures and multi-state titling is a plus
• Basic understanding of accounting principles (AP, reconciliation, deposits)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle sensitive financial and customer information with confidentiality
• Part time hours, Must be flexible based on business needs.
