This is a part-time position.
Shifts will mainly be evenings and weekends, with some weekday availability.

What You’ll Do
As a Recreation Clerk/Cashier, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests at the Rec Center—either by phone or in person. You’ll help answer questions, process registrations and payments, and support a variety of recreation programs behind the scenes.
You’ll also:

Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner

Answer phones and provide accurate information about programs and events

Perform data entry, filing, and clerical support to keep things running smoothly

Support recreation staff with scheduling, special projects, and event prep

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area

Handle cash, process payments, and reconcile daily totals

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who is reliable, friendly, and organized—with a passion for helping others and a willingness to learn.
You should have:

A high school diploma or GED

Basic computer and typing skills

Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully

Strong attention to detail and follow-through

Experience in customer service or clerical work is a plus

A valid Colorado Driver’s License
Physical Requirements
This job requires sitting, standing, and occasional light lifting (up to 20 lbs). You’ll also need the ability to use a computer, phone, and office equipment regularly.
