Bishop & Company is recruiting for a Service Request Management Support opportunity with our government contracting client at Camp Smith. This is a 100% on-site position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform highly complex deskside services, including IMAC, build, configuration, and software support.
- Provide customer assistance with problem source identification and resolution at the customer's desktop or laptop.
- Serve as the technical focal point for the site or shift, consulting with support groups such as LAN, Admin, Networking, etc.
- Collaborate with various support groups to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
- CompTIA Security
- Strong technical skills and experience in deskside services.
- Bachelor's degree and 6 years of military/DoD and/or IT experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Security Clearance
This position is subject to a national security background investigation.
Pay: $35-$38/hr
