Coordinate the process of new admissions to the facility in a friendly, compassionate manner.
Be the primary customer service resource for the building and areas where the residents/patients are directly affected.
Facilitate customer satisfaction surveys to residents/guests and family members where appropriate.
Assist staff members to ensure the resident’s/patient’s needs are met.
Communicate with residents and family members to ensure that they are receiving services as requested and to ascertain any additional needs.
Must have time managment.

Concierge Patient Relations Specialist Skills Necessary
- Customer service
- 2-4 years of experience in customer relations in healthcare; more specifically in a long-term care setting.
- Bilingual (spanish)
- Proficient in excel, word and outlook
- Task oriented
Salary : $50,000 - $115,000
