Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Warwick, RI. The Director of Enrollment Management will oversee and implement strategies for student recruitment, retention, and enrollment planning. Responsibilities include developing and executing strategic enrollment plans, managing the admissions process, conducting research on enrollment trends, and collaborating with marketing and communications teams for outreach efforts. The role also involves setting and managing enrollment-related budgets, analyzing data to inform decision-making, and maintaining strong relationships with prospective families and community partners.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Enrollment Management and Strategic Enrollment Management strategies
- Strong skills in Budgeting and Strategic Planning to support enrollment initiatives
- Experience with conducting and applying Research to inform enrollment strategies
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Demonstrated leadership experience in education enrollment, admissions, or a related field
- A Bachelor’s degree, with a Master’s degree in a relevant field preferred
