Job description:
The front of the house team member is the face of the brand and delivers a world class customer experience that is representative of the Biscuit Belly culture. This person must be able to demonstrate and maintain the basic job accountabilities and skills addressed below, while being a positive part of the Biscuit Belly culture.
Accountabilities:
- Display excitement and enthusiasm with guests and co-workers
- Working knowledge of POS systems
- Pre-bus, expedite and run food, clean, sanitize and set tables
- Collaborate with fellow team members
- Meet/exceed standard operating procedures
- Perform Barista duties and Bartender functions as needed
- Maintain high sanitation standards and food safety practices
- Adhere to all local food safety guidelines
- Role model the culture
Required Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:
- Barista experience a plus
- Ability to work constructively and positively under pressure
- Honesty and Integrity
- Attention to detail
- Takes initiative
- Punctual
- Good verbal, listening and reading skills
- Ability to receive instruction from management and other team members
- Must be able to lift 30 pounds
Biscuit Belly is a chef-driven, fast-casual breakfast spot inspired by the biscuit sandwiches our Founder, Chad Coulter, grew up eating at mom-and-pop restaurants in his home state of Georgia. We serve breakfast and brunch 7 days a week and our menu features a hearty selection of scratch-made biscuit sandwiches and other southern breakfast fare - with a twist.
