Core Responsibilities
- Run food from the expo line to tables with accuracy and speed
- Ensure dishes meet Biscuit Belly’s quality and presentation standards
- Clear and reset tables quickly to maintain dining room flow
- Keep the dining room clean, stocked, and guest‑ready at all times
- Assist with drink refills, pre‑bussing, and guest needs
- Communicate clearly with FOH and BOH to keep service smooth
- Support expo, servers, and cashiers during peak periods
