This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated attorney who thrives in a fast-paced litigation practice and is looking to take on meaningful courtroom and case-management responsibilities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of commercial litigation experience
- Experience in courtrooms and in taking depositions
- Exceptional writing skills
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Experience with written discovery processes
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and without constant supervision
- Flexible and collaborative attitude
- Team player with a strong ability to work independently
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred, but not required
Position Details
- Billable Hour Requirement: 1,800 hours annually
