This is a full-time, on-site Teacher role located in Adrian, MI. The Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, fostering a positive and enriching learning environment, supporting the development of children’s social and cognitive skills, and maintaining effective communication with parents and guardians. This role also includes assessing students’ development and ensuring alignment with early childhood educational standards.
- Skills in Lesson Planning and developing education-focused curricula
- Proficiency in effective Communication and collaboration with parents, guardians, and colleagues
- Strong Teaching and Training abilities to support students’ individual needs and developmental progress
- Passion for early childhood education and creating nurturing, engaging environments for children
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field
- Experience in a classroom or early childhood education environment is a plus
- State teaching certification or the ability to obtain certification, as required
