Business Intelligence Specialist

POSITION SUMMARY: Transforms data into actionable insights, develops and maintains BI solution and reporting systems, and supports strategic decision-making across the organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

• Analyze data from multiple sources to create impactful reporting.
• Leverage reporting tools to create dashboards, visualizations, and reports.
• Help determine best ways to deliver insights and variances in financial data to the management team.
• Extract data from operational systems and various other sources.
• Support and Implement data warehousing, data modeling, and ETL processes in relation to the BI Tool.
• Proactively determines best methods to gather data and solve complex problems.
• Manage, maintain, and create data flows between various systems.
• Participate in design and implementation of process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure consistency in reporting and data sources through collaboration with other team members.
• Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to company safety program at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
