POSITION SUMMARY: Transforms data into actionable insights, develops and maintains BI solution and reporting systems, and supports strategic decision-making across the organization.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
- Analyze data from multiple sources to create impactful reporting.
- Leverage reporting tools to create dashboards, visualizations, and reports.
- Help determine best ways to deliver insights and variances in financial data to the management team.
- Extract data from operational systems and various other sources.
- Support and Implement data warehousing, data modeling, and ETL processes in relation to the BI Tool.
- Proactively determines best methods to gather data and solve complex problems.
- Manage, maintain, and create data flows between various systems.
- Participate in design and implementation of process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure consistency in reporting and data sources through collaboration with other team members.
- Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to company safety program at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:Education/Experience:
- Individual should have a bachelor’s degree in fields such as computer science, information systems, business administration, finance, or accounting, or equivalent work experience.
- Proficient in data analysis tools such as SQL, BI, and other reporting tools.
- Possess a good understanding of the financial reporting needs of a business.
- Individual is a self-starter and has excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- Displays excellent interpersonal, communication, listening and presentation skills
- The individual should have a few years of experience, a steady work record, and must be able to perform each of the essential position functions.

Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
