We are currently hiring for Birkenstock Bend Shoe Co. located in downtown Bend. We are hoping to find some awesome applicants to join our team! The ideal team member is passionate about customer service and has the ability to help us cultivate and grow an amazing workplace culture and satisfied customer following.
Your day to day:
- Give the best service to our customers by being knowledgeable, attentive and kind.
- Provide honest and confident feedback to customers about style and fit.
- Seek fit and product knowledge to build your expertise from co workers, brand reps, catalogs etc.
- Work with our awesome team to keep the store customer ready, which means filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and cleaning.
- Grow customer relationships by opening new Customer loyalty accounts
- Have fun!
