What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Administrative/Accounting Assistant position at BIRK?
Seeking Administrative Coordinator with Accounting skills who has worked with Construction companies to join our large team. Handle the following Administrative functions: Draft correspondence and formal documents, support PM;s and Field Techs, coordinate and track projects, MS Office,and strong attention to details.
Accounting skills required: Accounts receivables, project accounting/tracking, AIA document and Lien Waiver creation, invoicing, Acumatica andVision management, onboard customers and manage customer portals. apply payments on various jobs, customer aging reports and collections. Accounts payable, creating PO's, process incoming bills, track vendor payments and account balances, onboard and manage vendors, and A/P aging/bill payment reports. General journal entries, bank reconciliations, and basic financial management of customers accounts.
This position requires someone who has worked with or worked for the construction field. Must be assertive to get the job done. Hours will be 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday. Includes full company benefits, health, dental,and 401K with company match. Position located in out downtown Chicago office.

Salary : $64,000 - $68,000
