We are a large organization adding to our Accounting department of 8 people. This person needs to be a team player, we cross train all our employees so they can help out where necessary. Must be detailed, organized and have a great personality. Most important is that this person fits in with our fun team who gets the job done. No one on the team has been here less than 7 years. So we have great employee retention and you get to work with a fair, fun boss.Necessary experience in the following areas:A/R - A/P, process cash applications, discrepancies, payments, A/R & A/P statements, ACH, wire transfers, reconciliations, month end, know how to operate a calculator.Office support: Handle calls, order office supplies, send samples via FedEx.Billing & Data Entry: Post batches and email invoices, delete unposted shipments, Monitor email boxes.Must have MS Office Suite including Outlook.If you are looking for your forever home with a great group of people to work with, submit your resume for review.
