Brookside Apartments - Willowbrook Drive 
Meadow View Apartments - Dornin Street
Noble Vista Apartments & Townhomes - Noble Vista Drive
Starboard Villa Townhomes - Starboard Villa Lane

In addition to your core responsibilities in Greensburg, you'll have the opportunity to lend your skills to our other locations, ensuring our standards of excellence are met across the WPA region.

Pay and Benefits

• $24-27 per hour
• Weekly pay
• Monday–Friday from 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Turnovers/make-readies
• Repairs such as drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and/or HVAC
• Preventative maintenance
• Handle emergency on-call service for after-hours maintenance
• Other duties as identified to help Birgo improve lives through real estate

Requirements

• Eligible to work in the United States 
• Available for on-call rotation
• Valid driver’s license
• Personal, insured mode of transportation
• Lift and carry 50 pounds without assistance
• Safely utilize power tools
• Work in confined spaces; ascend and descend ladders and staircases
