Birgo is a mission-driven company seeking a maintenance tech skilled in basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, and painting to maintain apartment buildings and townhomes in Beaver, Monaca, East Shaffer, and surrounding areas. Join our fast-growing team to improve lives through real estate!

Pay and Benefits

• $24/hour, paid weekly
• Scheduled Monday–Friday, 8:00-4:30, with on-call rotation

Responsibilities

• Turnovers/make readies
• Repairs/work orders
• Preventative maintenance
• Rotating on-call service
• Other duties as identified to help Birgo improve lives through real estate

Requirements

• Eligible to work in the United States 
• Valid driver’s license
• Personal, reliable mode of transportation
• Lift and carry 50 pounds without assistance
• Safely utilize power tools
• Work in confined spaces; ascend and descend ladders and staircases
