Job Summary

Join our fast-growing team to improve lives through real estate. Birgo is a mission-driven company seeking a qualified Maintenance Technician for 9 properties (roughly 325 units) in the Buffalo, Hamburg, and Tonawanda areas.

Pay and Benefits

• $24-27/hour, weekly

Responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician

• Turnovers/make-readies
• Repairs such as drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and/or HVAC
• Preventative maintenance
• Handle emergency on-call service for after-hours maintenance
• Other duties as identified to help Birgo improve lives through real estate

Requirements

• Eligible to work in the United States 
• Valid driver’s license
• Personal and reliable mode of transportation
• Lift and carry 50 pounds without assistance
• Safely utilize power tools
• Work in confined spaces; ascend and descend ladders and staircases
