We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
Conduct routine inspections of equipment and systems
Perform preventive maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment
Possess painting skills with detail & high quality results
Possess drywall repair skills
Possess basic carpentry skills
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and tasks
Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment
Skills
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills:
1. Mechanical Knowledge: Proficiency in understanding and working with mechanical systems and equipment.
2. Facilities Maintenance: Experience in maintaining and repairing various building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.

A qualified applicant must have:
Their own truck or van that is in good working order, with valid drivers license and insurance
Tools, basic hands tools, other small tools may be required to obtain for the job
A smart phone that can be used for texting/calls and taking photos while on the job
Mon-Friday work week with the occasional evening and weekend work required
