Our restaurant is built around hospitality, atmosphere, and memorable guest experiences. While the view brings people in, it is the consistency and care of our team that keeps the experience seamless.Our kitchen is small, fast-paced, and highly collaborative. During peak season we produce a high volume of food from a compact space, which requires cooks who are organized, composed under pressure, and committed to supporting the team.We are looking for a line cook who can execute with speed, precision, and consistency while maintaining a calm and professional presence in a high-volume environment.Responsibilities:Execute menu items with consistency, quality, and attention to detail.Maintain speed and efficiency during high-volume service periods.Prepare and organize mise en place for service and daily prep lists.Communicate clearly with the kitchen team during service.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation at all times.Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.Assist with prep, station setup, and breakdown.Support teammates and contribute to a positive, professional kitchen culture.What We’re Looking For:Previous line cook experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.Ability to work efficiently in a small kitchen with high production volume.Strong sense of urgency without sacrificing quality.Calm, focused demeanor during busy service periods.Reliability, punctuality, and accountability.Ability to take direction and work collaboratively with the team.Pride in cleanliness, organization, and food safety.What Makes Someone Successful Here:Our strongest cooks:Stay composed during busy service.Move with urgency and purpose.Keep their station clean and organized.Communicate clearly with teammates.Take ownership of their work.Schedule:Birdseye is a fully outdoor restaurant, and business levels fluctuate with seasonality and weather conditions.
